This flat minerial insulated heater is designed for railway track, in winter, the fork tracks are always been freezed, so it's very necessary to install the heater to make sure the fork tracks is working.

In winter, the railway surfaces are covered with ice and / or snow. In the event of freezing of railway tracks or snow adhesion to
them, friction between the wheels of the train and the rails decreases, which in turn affects traffic safety. To ensure the
uninterrupted and safe movement of trains, it is necessary to prevent the formation of ice on the rails and turnouts by heating
them.

①Power supply voltage: 480V/380V/347V/220V 50Hz or customized according to user requirements
②When the ambient temperature T=-40℃ and the wind speed=10m/s, the system can maintain the temperature of the heating surface of the switch ﹥2℃.
③When the ambient temperature T=-30℃, the snow melting capacity is 10mm/12h (the snow volume of the blizzard stated by the weather station), which can keep the heavy snow melting as it falls, leaving no residual snow and ice;
④Under the rated voltage and the ambient temperature of 35℃, the highest surface temperature of the snow insulation electric heating strip is <400℃, and the surface temperature during the actual snow melting process is <180℃.
