In winter, when media is transferred to transmitter through testing tube in very low environment temperature, phenomena such as freeze, condensation, crystallization occur. The low environment temperature beyond instrument’s normal working temperature range exerts a direct negative impact on the accuracy of measurement. Therefore, the anti-freezing measure for instrument and testing tube is necessary and so is the heat preservation.
Electric heat tracing insulation technology is a new kind of heating technology in which electricity is converted to heat. Other measures include the installation of heat preservation cable, with the heating tracing tape attached on the instrument or inside the instrument closet (need to pay attention to the length of the heating tracing cable economically).It is applicable to the heat tracing of pipe, valve, and pump, heat preservation of the process temperature of instruments and pipelines.
